Ingredients
1 cup of oats (if you prefer you can replace the oats with flour)
1 banana
1 egg
½ cup of almond milk (if you are wanting a thinner batter you can add more)
1 tsp of baking powder
Method
Make your oats in a flour consistency by adding them to your blender.
Pulse until it’s a refined powder.
Add your peeled banana, egg, banana and milk and blitz. Don’t over-blend.
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium/ high heat.
Pour or scoop (using a ladle) the batter onto the frying pan, using about ¼ cup of batter pancake. Brown on both sides and serve warm.
Additionally you can chop some strawberries, apples or any other fruit as a side.
