Recipe: “Oats with almond milk and chia seeds”


Ingredients

1/2 cup of oats (the less processed the better!)

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)


Method

Place the oats, almond milk and chia seeds in a pot and let it come to a boil. Then cook for about 6-7 minutes over medium heat and stir occasionally.

Place it in a bowl and let it cool. You can also add dried fruit and nuts (unless there is an allergy of course!). Honey also helps to give a nice sweet taste which children will love!
