Ingredients
1 banana
1 handful of mixed berries
1 handful of spinach
1 cup of almond milk
1 tablespoon of nut butter (optional to add some for an extra protein boost!)
Ice cubes
Method
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately, or store in a bottle in the fridge!
Smoothies are really versatile so you can chop & change this recipe as you wish!
