Hello :) I'm not an organised person by nature (unlike my husband haha) so I have to make a concerted effort at being more organised. The things that help me feel more on top of my game is making lists. This is particularly helpful for grocery shopping / meal planning. On a Sunday I make a list of what we going to eat for dinner for the week ahead. Then I write down a list of everything we need. Monday is shopping day and then I feel like if the fridge is full and I know what I'm making for dinner then thats one less thing to worry about! I also try prepare as much stuff the night before as possible - packing lunchboxes, getting school bags ready, notes signed etc so that in the morning it doesn't feel so chaotic.
