Rush is an indoor extreme Trampoline Park with 1500-2500 square meters of adventure, excitement, fun and challenges.Rush features around 1700 square meters of wall to wall interconnected trampolines, including dodge-ball courts, a 18000 cube foam pit, hydraulic slam dunk basketball hoops, battle Beam and best of all a 4 meter high Performance Wall. Rush also features a wavy lane and fidget ladder at selected parks.
Rush accommodates non-participating guests with free WIFI, imported coffee, healthy snacks, and cake bar while your family and friends enjoy all the facilities Rush has to offer.

The Free-Jump Arena is a giant network of interconnected floor and wall trampolines. It’s like Free-Running and Parkour made easy! Bounce Fourways, Waterfall & Menlyn has around 50 interconnected trampolines, tumble tracks and banked walls and jump boxes. Enjoy freestyle freedom or just run wild in this oversized playground, plus enjoy dodge ball, slam dunk, clip n climb, super tramp, the obstacle and the climbing wall. Suited for 3 years up.

The Play Shed is an indoor play centre, which offers a friendly environment for both adults and children (under the age of 10 years).​ We created a bright and child friendly environment conducive to children and parents bonding by playing, having a meal together and sharing special time and moments with family, friends, guardians and nannies. In this manner healthy families and relationships are promoted. The Play Shed boasts various means of activities.
